We offer only standard shipping. For shipping, we use the following providers:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the region and are as follows:

  • Austria: €4.90, free for orders over €100
  • Germany: €9.90
  • Switzerland: €15.90
  • EU Zone 1 (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary): €11.90
  • EU Zone 2 (France, Italy, Croatia): €12.90
  • EU Zone 3 (Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland): €19.90
  • USA: €25.90
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): €28.00

 

Processing Times

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and then hand them over to our shipping provider.

 

Delivery Times

  • Austria, Germany: 1-4 business days
  • EU Zone 1, 2, and 3: 2-5 business days
  • Switzerland: 2-4 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 4-10 business days
  • USA: 4-12 business days

 

Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Customs and Import Duties

 

For orders to countries outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

You can return your order or individual items within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Complaints

If your ordered item has defects, please send an email with photos of the defects to jonboy@theaustriankiwi.com. We will work to find a solution.
