Returns
You may return your order or individual items from your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returned items will only be accepted if they are received in perfect condition and have not been worn.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Submitting a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the shop menu or use the following link to request a return:

Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
Open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
You can request a return under the "Orders" tab. Click "Request Return" for the order you would like to return. This option can be found by clicking the three dots next to the order.
If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you wish to return.

Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store.

Click "Request Return."
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
Return Shipping
Please package your items securely and return the parcel using the return shipping label provided by us.
The cost of the return label corresponds to the original shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount for the returned item(s). The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
For orders shipped within Austria, shipping is free for orders over €100. If the order value falls below €100 after the return, an additional shipping charge of €4.90 will also be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process described above and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
