🧵 Design & Production

All cuts and designs for our garments are created by our small team in our office in Salzburg. They are then produced in our partner production facilities in Istanbul and Izmir, which we have personally visited and inspected. It is important to us to know the conditions under which they are made – and who is behind every single piece.

🧵 Textile Decoration

All prints and embroideries are created in the protected workshops in Salzburg. Our designs are implemented there with great precision and care. The GWS are GOTS-certified – a world-leading standard for environmentally friendly and fair textile processing.

This ensures that every step in our value chain remains transparent and traceable – from the fiber to the finished product.

📦 Storage & Shipping

After the textiles receive their final touch, they are stored and packed directly at our office in Salzburg. Each package is assembled by hand, wrapped in recyclable tissue paper, and shipped in a paper shipping bag. Our packages travel with the Austrian Post – reliably and regionally.

🔄 Returns

We want to avoid unnecessary transport, which is why we pay close attention to clear, honest size and fit information. This ensures that our return rate remains very low. If an item is returned nonetheless, it is inspected and – if possible – put back on sale.

Pieces that are returned imperfectly find their place in our Hoppala category. This way, every piece remains part of the cycle.

💚 Hoppalas – second choice, same values

If a piece is not perfect, it does not end up in the trash. In our Hoppala category, such pieces find a new home as a second choice – carefully made, only with small imperfections that can occur when products are made by real people.
