How do the products turn out?

All our cuts are unisex; you can find the exact measurements on each product page under the size chart . If you're unsure, it's best to compare the measurements with a product at home that fits you well.

Note: The unisex cuts run larger than our previous women's cuts. Therefore, we recommend choosing a size smaller if necessary.

What is the difference between basic and oversized?

The basic cut is close-fitting and classic, while the oversized cut is deliberately wider and looser for a casual fit.

What material are your T-shirts made of?

All T-shirts are made from pure, pre-washed organic cotton.

What material are your hoodies made of?

The hoodies are made from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester and are pre-washed to prevent shrinkage when washed.

Where do you source your cotton?

Our organic cotton is harvested in Turkey.

Where do you produce?

We create all designs and patterns ourselves in our Salzburg office. The garments are then sewn in Istanbul, Turkey, and then printed or embroidered in our sheltered workshops in Salzburg.

Are your products sustainable and fair?

Our focus is on manufacturing our products from high-quality, sustainable materials under fair conditions. We source our raw materials from Turkey, where the products are subsequently sewn. The textiles are then finished with screen printing and embroidery directly in Salzburg before we package and ship them to you. We have selected our partners with the utmost care to ensure that our supply chain is fair for everyone involved.

Do you have certificates?

Our production partner in Turkey is ISO, BSCI, GOTS and Sedex certified.

Our partner company in Salzburg, the sheltered workshops, is also GOTS-certified. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a leading global standard for the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibers. It guarantees environmentally friendly production and socially responsible working conditions throughout the entire supply chain.

We ship to all countries within the EU, Switzerland , the USA , Australia and New Zealand.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and are calculated during the checkout process after entering the address.

  • Austria: € 4.90, free with a purchase value of € 100 or more
  • Germany: € 9.90, free with a purchase value of € 150 or more

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and then hand them over to our shipping service provider.

The shipping time depends on the shipping destination.

  • Austria, Germany: 1-5 working days
  • EU Zone 1, 2 and 3: 2-6 working days
  • Switzerland: 2-6 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 6-20 business days

How can I track the order?

After we have processed your order, you will receive a link via email that you can use to track your order.

How long can I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to exchange or return an item.

How do I register a return?

If it doesn't work, please send us an email to jonboy@theaustriankiwi.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will then send you a return label. Once we receive the return, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of the return label, to the original payment method.

How do I exchange an item?

If you need a different size for your item, please also send us an email to jonboy@theaustriankiwi.com. We will send you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement item.

How do I complain about an item?

We always check our items very carefully during packaging. Should a product nevertheless be defective, please email us at jonboy@theaustriankiwi.com. Please describe the defect in your email and attach photos clearly showing the defect.

How do I care for the garments properly?

To ensure that your screen print lasts for a long time, here are the most important tips:

  • Wash at 30 degrees
  • Reversed washing and ironing
  • Do not iron over the print
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not tumble dry

How do I redeem a voucher?

Each voucher has a unique code. To pay with the voucher, enter the code in the "Discount code or voucher" field during checkout. You can then redeem the voucher, and the amount will be deducted.
